What’s your warranty policy?
Warranty on our products is 3 years for parts only. Service labor is not included in our warranty.
Do you ship oversees?
Not at this time. We can ship to any Canadian or US freight forwarder of you choice and you can then arrange transit from there if you so desire.
Why do you not sell to the general public?
Our products are designed to be integrated in to a larger assembly and are not typically purchased by an end user. We typically work with OEM Elevator companies.
What codes apply to residential elevator carriage gates?
In the USA and Canada the code is harmonized under ASME A17.1/ CSA B44 codes. The residential section of that code is 5.3.
